NO-SHOW & 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
- A minimum 24-hour notice for cancelling appointments is required.
- Any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Full charges will be imposed for a “no-show” 15 minutes after the appointment start time. .
- Appointments can't be rescheduled with less than 24-hours’ notice.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment, without discount, to accommodate other guests fairly.
SPA POLICIES
- Only guests with appointments are welcome in the spa.
- Please make other arrangements for babies, children, and pets for the comfort of other guests otherwise your appointment will be cancelled and the late cancellation policy will apply.
- Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.
- If you are pregnant, pregnancy should be over 3 weeks for body massages. Please consult with your doctor before booking.
- The spa has no dedicated parking spots and be aware that traffic conditions vary greatly in Vancouver.
- Please plan ahead as our cancellation policy still applies during bad traffic conditions.
- Our spa therapists are not Registered Massage Therapists unless otherwise stated.
- Please turn off or silence your cell phone while in the spa and use a quiet voice.
- If you have a cold or flu, please consider rebooking your appointment as it is very easy for your practitioner to pick up your cold or flu during a massage.
