Policy

• A minimum 24-hour notice for cancelling appointments is required. 
• Any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 
• Full charges will be imposed for a “no-show”  15 minutes after the appointment start time. . 
• Appointments can't be rescheduled with less than 24-hours’ notice.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment, without discount, to accommodate other guests fairly.

• Only guests with appointments are welcome in the spa. 
• Please make other arrangements for babies, children, and pets for the comfort of other guests otherwise your appointment will be cancelled and the late cancellation policy will apply.
• Minors over 16 are welcome for massages, but must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
• If you are pregnant, we can only perform prenatal massage and foot reflexology and only after the first trimester. Please consult with your doctor before booking.
• The spa has no dedicated parking spots and be aware that traffic conditions vary greatly in Vancouver. 
• Please plan ahead as our cancellation policy still applies during bad traffic conditions.
• Our spa therapists are not Registered Massage Therapists unless otherwise stated.
• Please turn off or silence your cell phone while in the spa and use a quiet voice.
• If you have a cold or flu, please consider rebooking your appointment as it is very easy for your practitioner to pick up your cold or flu during a massage.
